Mostafa Ibrahim studied electrical engineering at Benha High Institute of Technology (BHIT), Benha University in Benha, Egypt. He works as an teaching assistant for BHIT from 1999 till now. He finished his Master of Science (MSc.) thesis in the field of pattern recognition and classification with the aid of neural networks and graduated in 2004.
From June 2005 he joined the Hamam Laboratory for Embedded System SW/HW Co-Design in Cairo University, Egypt for his PhD degree. And From August 2007 he joined the Christian-Doppler Laboratory for Design Methodology of Signal Processing Algorithms for working on his PhD thesis. He defended his PhD titled “Power/Energy Estimation and Optimization for Software-Oriented Embedded Systems” at faculty of engineering – Cairo university on November 2009.
Now he is an assistant professor in High Institute of Technology – Benha University, Benha, Egypt.
