Biography

Jelena Milosevic is a Project Assistant and a PostDoc at the Institute of Telecommunications, TU Wien, where she works in the area of network security and detection of cyber attacks in communication networks using machine learning methods. She obtained her PhD in 2017 from ALaRI Institute, Faculty of Informatics, University of Lugano, Switzerland, where her main focus was on the runtime dynamic malware detection for resource constrained systems and on the design of secure embedded systems. Previously, Jelena was an intern in IBM Cyber Security Center of Exellence in Beer Sheva, Israel, where she worked on the time-series analysis for anomaly detection and in Movidius an Intel Company in Dublin, Ireland, where she worked on the design and development of deep learning methods suitable for embedded environments.
