Dear Chris,
I would suggest to re-download the updated v1.9 Q2-2016 and replace the corresponding files: resourceBlockGrid.m and in +utils/ffrUtils.m.
Please contact sim-download@nt.tuwien.ac.at to get the updated link for re-download as there have been an update recently and the old link is not available anymore.
