    Dear Fjolla,

What is the difference between 1×1 SISO(tx mode=1, trace version V1) and 1×1 CLSM (tx mode=4, trace version=V2)?

AS the latter case shows a better performance (much higher cell throughput)!, can you please justify this.

    Thanks,
    Naser

    Dear Naser,

trace version V2 cosiders the runtime precoding procedure where the precoders are determined at runtime, while in the trace version V1 the precoding is done a-priori, i.e. the knowing the channel trace, the optimal precoders are determined offline. The trace version V2 supports the CLSM transmission mode only.

For more details, please have a look at the paper: http://publik.tuwien.ac.at/files/PubDat_239150.pdf

    Best regards,
    Fjolla
