Distributing RRHs

    Dears,

    1- Can we distribute RRHs on two arches instead of one arch ? how?

    2- In ‘predefined’ RRHs distribution, can you give me an example on how to distribute RRH on map ?

    Dear Naser,

    the corresponding functions are called in +network_generation/add_RRHS:

    network_generation.RRH.on_arch_distribution(RRH_config,eNodeBs);
    network_generation.RRH.predefined_distribution(RRH_config,eNodeBs);

    You can modify them according to your convenience.

    For the predefined setting, you will need to specify a vector of positions: [x1, y1; x2, y2; ….] in the config.

    Thanks for your response,

    How can we assign these RRHs to their respective eNodeBs ?

    e.g., if we have 2 eNodeBs, each with 2 RRHs (predefined), how can we assign RRHs to their parent eNodeBs ?

    LTE_config.RRH.distribution_params.RRH_positions= [x1,y1,1; x2, y2,1; x3,y3,2; x4,y4,2]; ?

    what about the azimuth?
    LTE_config.RRH.distribution_params.RRH_azimuths = [0;0]; ?

    Hi,

    it will consider the first two RRHs as belonging to eNodeB 1, and the second two as belonging to eNodeB 2; same for the azimuths.
