November 2016 at 16:39 #6618 Martin MüllerMember Hi Raheleh! Usually the users are considered to be “fullbuffer” users, i.e., they will be considered for transmission by the scheduler in every TTI. Only when traffic-models are activated, and no data is available in the transmit-buffer, the users will not be considered by the scheduler.
